Thank you Yuvraj, I actually agree with your comments so our perspective is similar. I certainly wouldn’t argue or recommend that we should handle all of our fears and anxieties through technology like neurofeedback. We have important reasons to fear and important reasons to be anxious. Some of our most significant moments of growth, and most powerful experiences of inspiration, come from working through those challenges on our own. But occasionally, fears and anxieties can be so extreme that they impair someone’s everyday life. In those extreme cases, when people face severe stressors or when they feel like there’s no way out, technology like neurofeedback could be amazingly helpful.
